1. Your Thoughts
1. Your Thoughts

We believe that sound planning is key to a successful kitchen design.

Think long and hard about what you like and dislike about your current and past kitchens. Make detailed notes, focussing on elements of your kitchen you would most like to change or retain. Consider those special occasions when you felt your kitchen lived up to your expectations or failed to deliver. Think about how you’d like your kitchen to reflect your personality and lifestyle. We recommend browsing home design and interiors magazines to identify styles, finishes and features that grab your attention.

2. Initial Meeting
2. Initial Meeting

Make a no-obligation appointment to come and see us. We’ll show you around our display kitchens and highlight features and benefits of our kitchens. We will discuss your lifestyle, cooking and food shopping habits, preferred finishes, appliances and worktops with you. It would help if you could bring in rough dimensions or proposed architects plans of your kitchen. If you have identified colours or textures that you like, bring samples – this could even be your favourite jumper or the colour of a trusted kitchen blender! At this stage, the more information you can share with us, the better the end result.

By the end of this meeting, we should be able to give you an estimate quote to complete your project. Should this be acceptable to you, we will proceed to the next stage.

3. Design Consultation
3. Design Consultation

At this stage we’ll make an appointment to come and see you at your home. This allows us to measure the space accurately and get a better idea of the flow of the room. Following the visit, we produce detailed quotations with full colour CAD drawings to give you a 3D visual of your proposed kitchen design. From here we’re happy to meet and refine designs as many times as you wish until you are completely happy with the design.

This part of the process progresses at a pace that suits you – we do not indulge in high-pressure sales tactics.

4. Pre-Installation Survey
4. Pre-Installation Survey

Following receipt of a confirmed order and deposit, we carry out a full technical survey with our tradesmen. Where the kitchen is being installed in an extension, we’ll supply detailed electrical and plumbing plans for your builders and liaise with them to ensure that the finished room and essential utilities are suitable for successful installation of the kitchen.

All of these are essential to ensure smooth and trouble free installation of your kitchen.

5. Installation
5. Installation

We operate two highly competent fitting teams, fully vetted to meet the standards of workmanship you would expect. Unlike some of our competitors, during busy periods we prefer not to bring on additional teams to satisfy demand as this can mean less than perfect workmanship.

A typical kitchen installation takes between 3-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the project and the selected materials. Your installation is closely project managed and you will be kept informed of progress regularly.

6. Aftercare
6. Aftercare

Checks are carried out post installation, ensuring any snags are identified and rectified.

Only on satisfactory completion of the installation will we request the final payment for your kitchen. In the unlikely event that a problem does occur, our post-installation warranty ensures a prompt response to rectify any problems.
