BEST SELLING KITCHENS OF 2017

Jan 09, 2018

UPDATE: Read our updated article on the best selling kitchens of 2017.

Looking back over the past year. We have found that dark grey kitchens are the true winners of 2017. Paired with veneers and white finishes, the theme of grey kitchens continues on from 2016.

1. Leicht Bondi

Bondi’s lacquered finish is a clear winner for 2017. Available in Carbon Grey (dark grey), this finish has dominated modern kitchen design over the last year. This anti fingerprint super matt lacquer has become a design statement. As predicted last year, this finish has had a staggering popularity over the last two years. And will continue to do so for many years to come.

Being so popular, Leicht have released a new colour early this year, Slate black. This will continue to set trend for grey kitchens and monochrome schemes.

2. Leicht Sirius

Even with the popularity of matt finishes, gloss whites have seen a resurgence over 2017. Many more customers are choosing darker worktops to create a contrast in the design.

Arctic white and Merino in Sirius is an excellent pairing against dark grey, creating the ever so popular monochrome look. Gloss frosty white is also a great pairing with brown worktops. Creating a warmer, tone of kitchen.

3. Leicht Ceres

Available in 8 of Leicht’s most popular colours, Ceres remains the staple of what we sell. A hard wearing laminate door with laser sealed edges. Even with our least expensive range of laminates will stand the test of time.

4. Leicht Esprit

Once again Esprit continues to be one of our most popular doors. A finish that is solely unique to Leicht with nothing else on the market that can compare. A popular finish in the darker colours, basalt grey continues to impress customers when they see our display in our showroom. A colour which is making a come back to the Esprit range is Lava, a dark green that can pair well with soft cashmere colours.

5. Leicht Avenida

A surprising finish that has become a talking point at Kitchen Matters. A shaker door front from Leicht’s traditional range. Available in Leichts full colour range, as well as any RAL colour. Dreaming of a trendy dark blue shaker kitchen or something unique, we can achieve this through our traditional kitchen ranges.

With many new textured finishes becoming available in our ranges. Unique finishes such as steel, stone and concrete are set to be around for a long while yet. 2018 we predict that textured finishes will make statement in next years list. See Minera, a brand new finish from Leicht.
